I read a sentence in the literature: "All fitting and simulations were performed using Simbiology®/MATLAB® R2017a software and SAAMII v.2.3 (The Epsilon group, Model parameters were collected from the literature. The unknown parameters were obtained by fitting the QSP model to the kinetics data. The unknown parameters were obtained by fitting the QSP model to the kinetics data of CART cells and cytokines in peripheral blood simultaneously ".
The question is: using simbiology how to fit the data of both observed subjects simultaneously? What is the specific function? can fitproblem() accomplish this?

Hi @Bohao,
yes, you can accomplish this using fitProblem or the Model Analyzer App. All will need is a different column for each observable you want to fit and a group column, which specifies the subject/experiment ID.
I would recommend to set up the fit in the App and from the App, generate the equivalent code, which will include a call to fitProblem.
Best,
Jérémy
