Validation of linearized system

Hi! I am trying to perform linear control analysis of a small fixed wing aeroplane. So after building the non-linear simulation on simulink, I have tried to linearize the at a trim point. When I run the linear system in simulink at same trim point, the results do not match with those of non-linear simulation. I am using 'findop' command to search trim point and 'linearize' command to find linear system. My non-linear model have following 12 states: Velocity, angle of attack, pitch angle, pitch rate, altitude, distance towards North, angle of side slip, roll angle, roll rate, yaw rate, yaw angle, and distance towards East.
According to my understanding every state except distances should be in steady state (like in non-linear simulation) if no there is no disturbance, no change in inputs from trimmed inputs and same initial condition as given by trim point. I don't understand why results are not matching.
