ARXML Importing generate Model without input interfaces, why?

After Generating Code from System Composer and ARXML, when I regenerate a skeleton model from the provided arxmls i.e. swc_implementation.arxml, swc_interface.arxml, swc_component.arxml, swc_datatype.arxml

The generated Model seems to be wrong and lacks info and inputs. Outputs are stubbed and some other times empty subsystem as shown in figures

How to solve this and import and generate correctly in such case?
