How to obtain the t-value of the Students' t-Distribution with given alpha, df and tail(s)

61 ビュー (過去 30 日間)
May somebody point me to the correct solution?
I want the critical t-value for given parameters. For example t = 63.66 when I have two tails, 1 degree of freedom and looking at the 99% confidence intervall. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Student%27s_t-distribution#Table_of_selected_values
Is there already a function within matlab?
Thanks a lot!

alphaup = 1-0.01/2;
alphalow = 0.01/2;
upp = tinv(alphaup,1);
low = tinv(alphalow,1);
Requires Statistics Toolbox
