Reshape 2d Array into 3d Array

I have a 150-by-2 array. I want to reshape into 10-by-10-by-3.
m = [1:150 ; 151:300];
I want the output like
m(:,:,1)
[1 151 11 161 .. ..
2 152 12 162
3 153 13 163
4 154 14 164
5 155 . .
6 156 .. .. .. ..
7 157 .. .. .. ..
8 158 .. .. .. ..
9 159 .. .. .. ..
10 160 .. .. ..]
Where first 10-by-2 value remains there and next from index 11 of row copied to column 3 and 4 and so on.
How I can do it?

I applied it to my own matrix but It does not generate what I expect. but it work perfect on this given example.
I have 75264-by-2 matrix and want to convert into 224-by-224-by-3, but the answer is not consistent. Can you Please check this mat file which is attached?

d has 2 columns. m in the question has 2 rows (you described m as being 150-by-2 but the m you showed is 2-by-150, and I was using the 2-by-150 version). That's the relevant difference.
