training neural networks

i have set of data ,using fuzzy neural network i have to train tha data and find accuracy,can anyone tell how to process please,

tha train data consists 4 column of FCI COMBINATION

1,1     2,1...........4,1
1,2     2,1...........4,2
1,3     3,1............4,3
.
.
.
.
1,100...3,100..........4,100

can anyone help please,struck here for long time,plz help ;
