Comparison between Contact and Remote PRV / Signal Processing Advice

Hello, I am a student trying to reproduce a published work (link). I am trying to do the contact and remote PRV comparison section, but I am having trouble to recreate the reference as shown in the article.

The following is the comparison of my result and the reference shown in the article:

As shown, I had found out that they are very similar in terms of the shape, especially the blue line (HR remote) for all subject. However, the red line (HR contact) is not. I am trying to figure out the reason as to why it does not match the shape of the reference, but to no avail. Other than that, I have also notice that the x-axis and y-axis of my results are not same with the reference from the article. Can anyone advise me on how I should tackle this problem?

I understand that you want to reproduce output similar to your reference document, but you could not be able to exactly reproduce the output.

Please provide code you have used to reproduce the results.
