How to group data in different cluster

As shown in figure, it represent data received from 200 samples. each sample contain 30 different indices on X-axis while Y-axis represent its magnitude.
I want to cluster magnitude data for each X-axis index. How can it be possible.??

exactly i tried Kmeans algorithm. but doing something wrong.
actually i have to separate the reading as per 30 x-axis indices. then for each x-axis value i need to cluster data as per visible group in image.
How to plot this clustered data circularly around its mean value..
