I have all the x values. The A matrix is composed of only 1,0 and -1. Can A matrix be found if it is known Ax = 0? I know I'm almost sure A is a unique matrix for this specific case.

I am suspecting Diaphontine Equations...
Are the x values all integers?
How large is the matrix?

All x values are not integers. x is a 36x1 matrix, A is a 70x36 matrtix.

Assuming 0 is an appropriately sized vector each element of which is 0, sure. One possibility for A is the appropriately sized all 0 matrix created using the zeros function.

Yeah right hand side is an appropriately sized vector, but A needs to not be a matrix with just zero. It has 1,0 and -1. Can I solve x*A = b, everything appropriately sized, using linsolve or something?

No, for b = 0 you'll always get A = 0 unless you have constraints on A (e.g. row or column sums equal 1 or -1 or something similar).
