How to implement the following statement related to Graph in MATLAB ?

Hello all, I am considering the following Graph.
sr = [1,2,2,2,3,3,3,4,5]; % various possible S-BS
ta = [2,3,6,8,6,4,7,6,6]; % various possible targets
G = graph(sr,ta); % models the Graph
plot (G);
In this graph, all edges (i,j), where i and j are neighbors, are in the "pending" state and they can be represented by array of zero.
My query is how can we incorporate this in MATLAB.
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I am expecting an array of zeros of length equal to number of links

zeros(size(sr))
?
