Can i get the complete program to encode a message using turbo code and decode the same?

I am doing project in cross QAM. I need to encode the information bits using turbo coding. I want a program which codes a given message using turbo code and to map the coded bits into symbols in 32-ary cross QAM and then to demodulate and finally the decoding corresponding to the turbo encoding??
If you dont know the mapping part, can u just give me the program for turbo encoding and decoding alone?

See the Wikipedia article on Turbo_code . Seriously, the implementation you are looking for is there if you read the whole thing.
