I tried to do the Task as mentioned Stll unable to Complete the Task , There is a Problem in Inertia Block
The Problem is With Inertia Block

You appear to have a shunt running parallel to the electrical side of your Rotational Electromechanical Converter. That should not be there. Remove it.
