Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for your time and consideration.
I am now writing this email to share one thing with you. One of employees in our company did the following procedure for the installation of Automation Studio Target for Simulink, and it worked for our employee before. But, by doing the same procedure now, it does not work for me on my laptop. That’s why I am a bit confused about the error that I received. The picture of the received error is attached. Maybe you can help us to find a solution for it.
The procedure is described as follows:
First, installing MATLAB R2022b
Second, installing B&R Automation Studio
Then, installing Automation Studio Target for Simulink
First, I successfully installed MATLAB R2022b on my laptop. Next, I successfully installed B&R Automation Studio on my laptop. But I got the error discussed above when I tried to install Automation Studio Target for Simulink.
As I explained above, this procedure worked for one of employees in our company before. But it does not work for me now. I would be thankful if you can help me to find a solution for this issue.
I am waiting to hear from you.
Yours Truly,
Roohallah
