error when calling .dll function

Hi everyone,
I am trying to call a .dll file from MATLAB. However, i obtained the following error and MATLAB closes suddenly.
Could you help me please ?

That code requires that you have a subdirectory of the current directory, with the subdirectory named Mooring and inside that directory there has to be a files.txt file.
files.txt has to be a formatted text file, with parts including LINE DICTIONARY and CONNECTION PROPERTIES

All I can say is that the Mooring/files.txt file is not formatted the way the program expects.
