Matlab Simulink command Generator Code Question

I am working on a matlab simulink question I need to create a code that would give me the following :Simulate the response of the system for a sequence of reference values equal to 0 rpm, 1000 rpm, 2000 rpm, 3000 rpm, 2000 rpm, 1000 rpm, and 0 rpm, separated by 1 s from each other. In simulink I have the time coming in and I need to create the code that would give me the reference values shown.

Use the "Signal Builder" block. Signal, New, Custom... Specify time-value pairs.
