Issue while converting global to local coordinate system!

Can you please help me fix the problem here? latlon2local is the function in matlab library for converting global to local but it says its undefined. Thank you in adavance.

Function latlon2local is part of Automated Driving Toolbox. Most likely this toolbox is not installed.
