matrix & matrix function to eigen

Hi everyone, i would like to turn these matrixes to eigen format. Thanks for help <3!
M(81:100,81:100) = M(1:20,1:20)
M(1:20,81:100) = M(1:20,1:20)*2
M(81:100,1:20) = M(1:20,1:20)*5
