With matrix rows: year, month, min, mean, max
f=find(diff(data(3,:))<0);
f=[0,f,size(data,2)+1];
monthlyData=zeros(5,length(f)-2);
for k=1:length(f)-2
m=data(4,f(k)+1:f(k+1));
monthlyData(k,:)=[data(1:2,f(k+1));min(m);mean(m);max(m)];
