組み込みソフト生成にどんなtoolbox(embedded coder以外)が必要でしょうか。

AUTOSARの組み込みソフト生成には、Embedded Coderの他に、AUTOSAR Blocksetが必要です。
また、私の主観ですが、開発するアプリケーションソフトに複数のSWCを定義したいのであれば、System Composerがあると便利かと思います。（ひとつのSWCしか実装しないのであれば、必要ないのかなと思います。）
