Matlab Support Package for Raspberry Pi Hardware: Hardware Setup Error

I am using the wizard to setup the Package for Raspberry Pi, I selected a Rapsberry Pi 3 Model B, and download mathworks_raspbian_R22.2.0.zip

But in the step of Network settings no matters which Network configuration I select, I always get the same Hardware Setup Error, no such file or directory.

I'm using MacOs BigSur

I had Matlab 2020b and updated to Matlab R2022b, I deleted the mathworks_raspbian_R22.2.0.zip and downloaded it again, I also reboot the mac; but still the same error, I cannot finish the configuration. Don't know what else I can do.

I am getting similar issue on 3 B+:

Error while querying removable drives: cat: /private/var/folders/mx/j3lh7p_936x02my0zkcnt6280000gn/T/.tp1e44dfa1_da22_46f9_a070_dbf51b20ba5e: No such file or directory
