Does this plot give the actual error autocorrelation? Is this correct?

because correlation can't exceed more than 1 and how can I correct this?

Read the documentation regarding the value at zero lag.

The documentation says that at zero lag the correlation equals to MSE. But what about other values that are greater than 1? Probably I am missing something important here, can you explain it to me please?
