MAtlab certification in Pakistan

Sorry to post here but I have emailed to various MATLAB people on math works but didn't got any reply all I am looking for a MATLAB certification in Pakistan and unfortunately we don't have any centers here of math works so is it possible we like do through any other channel please let me know I am eager to get one.
