I am unable to use my organization license

I am a student of an education organization. the name of the organization is skyll linc . But i am not able to use my license. I dont know why

Did you ask your IT department? And what do you mean exactly? Are you getting an error?

We don't know why either, as we are not offficial customer support in any way. You don't even say what happens when you try to use it.

So first, contact the MATLAB rep for your organization. There should be an on-site admin. If you cannot find that person, then contact customer support at MathWorks, NOT Answers.

I found the organization, but it is not clear to me that it is a degree-granting educational institution, so I do not think you would be entitled to use Mathworks Student licenses. And companies can only permit employees to use licenses.

The one way I can think of that it might fit within the Mathworks license terms is if Mathworks is willing to consider the organization to be a Community College, in which case https://www.mathworks.com/products/academic-teaching.html would apply.
