Number of occurrences of each joint condition

Good morning,

I want to build the discrete joint probability distribution for two sets of data. data are two groups of random numbers (wind speed) and (wind direction degree). The final results must be like the table below. I have the .tbl file of the data

Pij in the Table are numbers (probability values).

In the end, I have to represent by the intensity of color the occurrences of every joint condition.

How can I do this in matlab?

Which functions made this?
