Plot contours with node coordinates and values at these nodes.

I need to plot the contours as shown in the figure.

Now I have node coordinates and the values of Ez at these nodes based on which these contours will be drawn. These can be seen below.

I have used contour and contourf commands. But getting very different results.

can you add the numeric data as text and not as a figure

this avoids having to type over from the figure...
