want an algorithm in matlab with code to classify multiclass data

i have 8 classes of EEG data each class has 100 samples( or 100 subjects) 5 features are extracted out of each data or in case if i increase the features .which algorithm in matlab should i use to classify these 8 classes .which would give best trining and testing accuracy .some people told to use Fishers linear discriminant anlysis i am not getting the code .is there any demo s such. i am a beginners please help with code
