Error: j1939Receive: PGN Registration Error: 7

Does anyone know what this error describes? I attempted to view it on these forums and found only one result with no solution. Thank you

I am also looking for an answer. This error only started appearing after upgrading from 2022a to 2023a, and is preventing me from building. The model builds fine in 2022a.

Hello @Donovan McGraw,

I understand that you are facing issues in the "j1939" block while simulating your model.

This issue may be due to the limitations within the three “J1939” blocks (“J1939 Network Configuration”, “J1939 Node Configuration”, and “J1939 Transport Layer”), as well as the way network configuration works in subsystems.

As a workaround for this issue, you can move the j1939 block out of the subsystem.

By doing so, you may be able to resolve the error you are facing.
