Simulink/Matlab diference

Hy, I use matlab to get the roots of a polinom using cammand roots(p) When I use the same command roots(p) in simulink embaded matlab function for the same polinom I get different results. Can someone tell me how to get the same result in simulink to? Thank you.

If possible, please provide an example "p" that we can use to reproduce the difference. Also how are they different? You could paste the results that you get.
