simulink arduino package mega 2560

"Cannot find Arduino IO Setup Block for 'Temporary arduino variable: Arduino1' at top level of model"

I want to read the encoder pulses accurately in simulink without the arduino interrupt function which i dont know if ever exist in the simulink model

so i was trying the arduino support package encoder read and now im getting the error cannot find arduino

note that "attachInterrupt(digitalPinToInterrupt(ENCA),readEncoder,RISING);" is the only command so far that was able to match the speed of the encoder on arduino
