How to recognize QR Code pattern in a binary image?

I have a binary image with size of 960x1280. I want to find a QR Code with its 3 markers in three side of the code. how can I write a for loop to scan each row of an image to detect this pattern and then store them? here is an image after binarizing in matlab.
it is highly appreciated any answer to solve my problem ;)
