How can I implement bagging algorithm using extreme learning machine (ELM) as base classifier ??

Dear All, I am very new in this topic. I have got ELM code on the following site http://www.ntu.edu.sg/home/egbhuang/elm_kernel.html

Now, I want to implement bagging algorithm by using ELM as base classifier. Though I don't have much ideas on bagging. Does any one can help me by advising or giving me any resource link. It would be great help for me if any one gives me small example on this issue.
