Surface plot for coordinates (x,y,z) problem

I have a problem when plotting a 3D surface plot. see attachment,
I want on 5 specific x,y coordinates a peak of a certain value. When I plot the code it seems that my code is running fine, but At each peak there is a kind of weird curve, (like its compensating or controlling). I still want each peak but that it goes to zero immediately when it comes out.
How to fix this?
Hope my question is clear, if not let me know.

hello
this is normal as it's related to the spacing between the input points (x and y delta). If you could reduce the spacing then also the mesh plot peaks would look narrower. but a mesh plot cannot show a "nail" narrow peak.
