run program in multiple user profiles

I setup the software on one profile of my computer. I then got the error, username does not match username in license file, when attempting to run it. I switched to admin user on the computer and it runs successfully.

Is there any way to make it so the first profile can run it too?

Potentially, the issue is a misconception of the license type. Maybe your license is a "named user" license, but you actually want to run it as "designated computer"?

If this is a new purchased license, I would start with Sales (Account Manager).

Thanks! it was a named user license, i reinstalled it and during the activation got a option to choose to the user i wanted.
