I'm making a GUI, and there's no problem if I run the .m file, but there's a problem if I run it through the guide's execution button(or .fig file).
Changes in the .fig and .m files are still linked to each other, and changes in the .fig are made normally in the .m file.
but, the error still occurs only in .fig file.
The error message is as follows : This type of variable does not support point indexing. / matlab.graphics.internal.figfile.FigFile/read
Is there a solution?

For general advice and examples for how to create a GUI (and avoid using GUIDE), have look at this thread.
I would strongly recommend writting a GUI from the ground up yourself. GUIDE will generate a lot of code that isn't required, hiding where you should make your edits. It also requires you to use a fig file together with your m file, and any changes to either will break everything.
