How do write dOmega in symbol in live editor

I can write Omega by using "syms Omega" but how do I write dOmega(small change of Omega) in symbol...?

Probably not what you want. I suggest you consider using "prime" or "dot" notion instead
syms Omega Omega__dot Omega__prime
Omega+Omega__dot+Omega__prime
ans =
