How to pass variables in ODE function?

I have precomputed a Force in time domain and i want to use it inside an ODE function.Every t that ODE computes to pass the force that corresponding to this t.How can i pass it inside ODE?Which ODE is recomended?Is ODE45,which is a variable step solver, good in this case?I hope i am clear.Thanks in advance.
