How to encrypt the .m source code.

I have to share the matlab code with the company, but I want to encrypt it so that the company doesn't know my source code.
The encrypted code should not be inverted to the original source code.
I looked up the pcode, and it was said that it was not recommended because the converted code was not encrypted, so it was difficult to use.

So here are the some links from help
You can look at second option
  • Compile into binary format — Compile your source code files using the MATLAB Compiler to produce a standalone application. Distribute the latter to end users of your application.

Note: a few people seem to have worked out how to reverse the executable produced by MATLAB Compiler back into readable source code. It does not appear to be widespread, but it is possible.

It is known for sure that some people can extract readable code from .p files.
