how to get specific elements of polynomials?

Hi,

how do i retrieve specific elements of the the polynomial cofficients in mupad and matlab

Like i have

if true

mypoly := linalg::charpoly(A,x)

coff = coeff(mypoly)

end

how to retrieve specific elements of the coefficients like when,

coff = (12,3,4)

i want 2nd cofficients,

coff(2) does not work
