Hello,
Considering you have plotted SNR vs Capacity in the figure, and since the K, N, and M in the figure are not explained, I assume the Shannon Capacity formula will give you a direct relation between SNR and BER as where Mis the number of MIMO streams, B is the bandwidth, S is the signal power, and N is the noise power.
Further, you can plot the Capacity values against the calculated BER values respectively.
