Need help in Full factorial function

I used the function xn = fullfact([5 4 5]) to create 5,4 5 level factorial design for three factors. With this I fitted a full quadratic model using regstats function. Is this correct? or Do I need to fit cubic model? If so, what is the function to fit cubic model to the above experimental design. Really need help in this. Thanks in advance!
