Change Temporal Assessment Symbols Programatically

I am trying to script chagnes to test cases in Simulink Test. The test use Temporal Assessments, and I need to change the signal mappings. I can't seem to find how to access the symbol properties. Anyone?

Also having this issue,

making changes to AssessmentSymbol objects or in general making my own seems to be highly locked down

its unclear why and the documentations seems to turn a blind eye to it
