plot skewed once in report using Notebook

Hi,

I am creating a report using Notebook which calls in Matlab scripts to pull in plots. Specifically, I have a Smithchart plot with a square around it using the 'rectangle' function. When I call my script which calls for the smithchart plot with a square around it, the plot looks ok, BUT when I call the script that calls in the exact same plot but zoomed in, the smithchart becomes skewed and has an oval shape instead of circle.

I have exhausted my options, please advise!
