implementing a numerical scheme

I am trying to implement a numerical scheme(pdf attached). Is it a correct implementation? Please suggest if it can be speed up by any means??
kernel=@(t,x)((1+t.*x).*t.^2./(1-t.*x).^3);
for i=1:1:N
for j=1:1:N
a(i,j)= integral2(kernel,(j-1)/N,j/N,(i-1)/N,i/N);
end
end
