Is it possible to use the Matlab Compiler Toolbox for translating a GUI created by GUIDE into C code?

Hi,
this is not possible,
http://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2011a/toolbox/eml/gs/brtk6_j.html
C is not able to handle graphics or GUIs like a button.
