Active power filter

I am building a model in which i use sum block and sample and hold circuit. But if connect with the circuit, connections are not establishing. it shows dotted red line. can you help in how to connect these blocks to develop a model

It is not possible to directly connect Simulink signals to physical/power lines. There are certain blocks (such as sensors and controlled sources) that can be used to interface physical domain with Simulink algorithms.
