HIL with Arduino uno without xpc target using realtime windows target

Hi I want to do HIL testing of arduino uno with PID Controller on it and run simulink aircraft dynamic model to control pitch angle. I want do it by connecting arduino using usb cable to pc without other pc (xpc target). How can I do this?I uploaded PID controller with serial input output on the arduino board but I don't know how I can run simulink (aircraft open loop dynamic model) with it. Please guide me. thx

I'm actually trying to achieve the exact same thing, be it with another kind of model on the pc, but still using an Arduino as HIL with a PID controller on it.

Have you achieved this goal and could you please explain how you did this?
