a gui for Time difference calculator

Hello i am new to matlab and trying to figure out how to make a gui to calculate time difference plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz do help asap

the results that am looking for are

Time 1: 2001/01/01 00:00:00 Time 2: 2001/01/01 00:00:01 Total difference = 1 second

Time 1: 2012/01/01 00:00:01 Time 2: 2012/03/15 16:25:41 Total difference = 74 days
