Using Paramater set in Simulink model

I have a simulink model that I want to use a paramater set, however several of the paramaters are arrays, normally I have been using this notation to set up the variable g1 = [1 2 3] and this to access it G1(1) besides for rewriting all the variables is there anyway to get this to work (I am currently storing the variable at paramset.g1 and calling the model using sim('model', paramset)

It should work, e.g.

paramset.g1=1:3;
paramset.g1(2)=20
