I cannot find the HDL coder in Matlab r2013b?

Dear supporter, I just downloaded Matlab r2013b to my windows 8.1 pc,seems there is no problem.But I cannot fin d the "Code generator" under "Apps" eighter "HDL coder".Please help.

HDL Coder is a separately licensed piece of software and must be purchased in addition to MATLAB. If you have purchased HDL Coder, make sure that you installed all the software that you have purchased.

Thank you but I thought it comes with matlab,Where can I download HDL coder seperaetly then?

Like I said, HDL Coder is a separately licensed piece of software and must be purchased in addition to MATLAB. If you have a licence, the installer will install the software for you. If you don't have a license, you will need to obtain one.
