create an .exe file

hello

I create an exe file (from my GUI) with mbuild in matlab but when i run it on a PC that doesn't have matlab recieve an error.Why????????

is it possible to run that without having matlab??(like a program)

Maybe I am misunderstanding your question, but don't you have to run the command "mcc" to compile the MATLAB code, not the "mbuild" command?

(I haven't used the MATLAB compiler in a very long time, so apologies if this is not correct.)

what error do you get?

You need to deploy the MCR installer to run the exe on a PC that doesn't have matlab.

You can generate the MCR from the deploytool.

And possibly there is a DLL that is missing on the target system.
